-
How many people can stay?Up to 12. There are 4 bedrooms, and we’ve got enough space and bedding to make it comfy for big families or groups of friends traveling together.
-
Is there parking? We don’t have parking right on the property, but there’s a spot just 50 meters away at the Jim Thompson Art Center. If you need it, we’re happy to help reserve a space ahead of time.
-
What type of property is humble abode bangkok? It’s our 4-bedroom home in the heart of Bangkok. We’ve set it up as a cozy space for families, friends, or anyone who wants a bit of calm while still being close to everything. It’s not a hotel, not a luxury villa — just a comfortable, thoughtfully put-together place that we’ve poured our love into.
-
What are the check-in and check-out times? You can check in anytime after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you need to store your bags a bit longer, just give us a heads-up — we’ll do our best to help.
-
Can I bring my pet?We really love pets and know how special it is to travel with them. At the moment though, we aren’t able to host furry friends — just to make sure everyone (including guests with allergies) has the best experience. We’re hoping to find a way to welcome them in the future!
-
What’s included in the house?A lot of the little things that help you feel at home: fast Wi-Fi, a big comfy couch with Netflix, board games, a full kitchen, and a laundry corner if you need it. We also have both Nespresso and Dolce Gusto machines (we know coffee people can be particular), and yes — there’s a Balmuda toaster too.
-
Is there a washing machine?Yep! We’ve tucked a little laundry corner into the house, with a washing machine, detergent, and some softener sheets. Handy for longer stays or spills from adventures.
-
Is the kitchen good for cooking?Absolutely. There’s an oven, microwave, fridge, all the pots, pans, and utensils you’d need. Whether you’re making breakfast or a full-on Thai feast, it’s ready.
-
What’s the nearest BTS station?National Stadium Station is just a few minutes away, and Siam Station isn’t far either. The fare is 17-62 THB per trip depends on the numbers of stations. So getting around the city is super easy.
-
How close are the malls and shops?Very close — Siam Paragon, MBK Center, and Siam Discovery are all within walking distance. It’s a great base if you’re planning to shop, explore, or just wander.
-
How do I get there from the airport? We can help arrange a pickup or drop-off with a private car — just let us know what works best for you. If you prefer public transport, the Airport Rail Link takes you to BTS Phaya Thai. From there, it’s a quick ride to Siam Station, then one more stop to National Stadium. After that, it’s a short walk to our place.
-
Is the place cleaned during our stay?Yes. Our housekeeper comes by to tidy up common areas every day, and we do in-room cleaning every 3–4 days. If you ever need anything in between, just ask — we’re happy to help.
-
Are there any house rules?Just a few gentle ones: no smoking indoors, no big parties, and try to keep noise down at night. We want everyone — including our neighbors — to feel comfortable. You can read full house rule in the manual provided on the table in living room area or click at the link below to read the online version.
-
Can I smoke? Not inside the house, but we do have a little outdoor area near the living room and patio where you can.
